Es sind bereits umfangreiche Geländearbeiten und die Stahlbeton-Konstruktion des Hauses ausgeführt worden.Die geplante Innenaufteilung des Hauses kann -mit einer sog.”Variante”- noch nachträglich verändert werden.Nach uns vorliegenden Aussagen der zuständigen Baubehörden würde in diesem Fall auch die Variante der obigen Flachdach-Konstruktion erlaubt werden.
