Lovely recently built house located in the majestic Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini. Casa Bucelli offers a private place immersed in nature. It is a two-floor house with a total floor space of around 150m2.
On the ground floor there is a large open space kitchen/ living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a secondary kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Around the house there is a terrace, perfect for dining al fresco in the summer months, and enjoy the view.
On the second floor there is an open space kitchen/living room, complete with a beautiful spacious balcony overlooking the lush forest and hills. On this floor there are also three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a studio. Given the layout of the house it can be divided into three small apartments, perfect to rent out. Or you can change the layout and create one big house, depending on your own needs.
The garden is enclosed by a fence and well maintained.
Casa Bucelli is just 5km from the lively town of Sarnano, where you can find a supermarket, restaurants, and a market on Thursdays. It is also 8km from the medieval town of San Ginesio. The provincial capital, Macerata, is a 40 min drive. In the winter you can ski at Sassotetto, 18km from the house and in the summer at 20 km is the Lake of Fiastra, an always loved spot to escape from the summer heat. Furthermore close and around the area are a lot of hiking trails.
