Casa Cremona is a beautifully restored farmhouse with three bedrooms for sale in Le Marche. The farmhouse has lots of character because the owners reused the original beams and “cotto” tiles. The farmhouse also has a lovely view of the sorrounding countryside and the sea in the distance.
Of the three bedrooms, one bedroom is en-suite while the other two share the main bathroom. All three bedrooms are on the first floor.
Downstairs is an open plan kitchen-dining-living room . On the ground floor is also a small toilet room with a washing machine. The house has a floor space of circa 180 m2 and can easily accommodate six people.
Outside is a lovely loggia with a great panoramic view. The current owners stopped counting the hilltop towns you can see but managed to identify not less than sixteen mediaeval towns. On a bright day you can even see the Adriatic Sea.
On the property are two small outbuildings of which one is used to store the garden equipment. Attached to the house is also a storeroom currently used for storing the firewood.
The garden, 3000 m2 is relatively flat with some 30+ olive trees and a large fig tree.
